As we traveled through India we were lucky enough to have Vinayak Bharne with us to lecture on architecture, history and culture.
Climbing the minaret of the Jama Masjid in Delhi offered some unusual wardrobe opportunities for the ladies.
This is where we had dinner on the first night in Delhi (turn your sound up)
Chandigarh was spectacular
Lots of opportunities for drawing at the Red Fort in Agra. If you look carefully at the background in the group photo, you can see the Taj Mahal.
Lamplit dinner with President Nielsen at the House of MG in Ahmadabad: a traditional Gujurat Thali served on brass dishes.

Lorik Khodaverdian:
We have visited many places here in India
in a very short time and made friends with new people along the way. The most
special friends we've made, however, have been the children. When we begun our
site research in Ahmedabad, children would come up and talk to us. Some would
cling on to us, others would be shy, but they were all very curious and excited
to see us. It has been wonderful to meet them.
